Product Introduction
Amplebay produce first-class quality metalized ceramic substrates with good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion. It supports DBC & AMB substrates (Al2O3, ZTA/ HPS, AlN, Si3N4), which are widely involved in power modules for industries of electric automobiles, railroads, new renewable energy, etc.
Amplebay is IATF16949 certified. The development of Amplebay ZTA (HPS) and Si3N4 substrates with high flexure strength and thermal conductivity just satisfies the electric automobile market, when high heat and vibrations inevitably occur during driving under high voltages of 600V~1200V.
